Log-in is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival. Lodging must be checked out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. As far as bookings allow, we are of course flexible with arrival and departure times. Prior arrangement is always necessary.

Smoking, as well as using candles and wicks in the apartment is strictly FORBIDDEN!

IQOS and electric cigarettes are not allowed indoors!

Due to the layout of the apartment we are unable to accommodate guests with pets.

Parties and events are not allowed, please keep it down, respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours!

The apartment has an elevator that only you can use. The lift can only be used by 2 people at a time. Children alone are not allowed. The lift is used at your own risk. The rules for the use of the lift will be communicated to you verbally and in writing on the day of arrival. By signing this form, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules and that you will use the lift as intended. Our guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use and are liable to pay compensation.

A rooftop terrace with charcoal grill, for your use only. Please do not move the barbecue cart to another location! After use, please clean up the burnt residue with the grill brush that you will find in the grill kitchen.

The wood-burning barbecue is for use by persons over 18 years of age only! Always ensure that the fire is extinguished after use.

On the roof terrace private hot tub is available for your use at your own risk. The jacuzzi is strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks into!

Please respect the sauna and hot tub etiquette!

In the yard there is an outdoor parking for two cars. Only you can use this.

We are not liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use.
